Publication Fees

The Indonesian Journal of Fish Processing Technology (IJFPT) applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) to support the sustainability and operational costs of journal management and publication.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

  • IDR 250,000 for each accepted manuscript authored entirely by authors based in Indonesia.

  • Free of charge (APC waived) for manuscripts with at least one international author (authors affiliated with institutions outside Indonesia).

What the APC Covers

The publication fee covers the following services:

  • Manuscript submission and management through the Online Journal System (OJS)

  • Peer review coordination and editorial decision-making

  • Copyediting and layout editing

  • Online publication and long-term digital archiving

Submission Fee

There is no submission fee. Authors are charged only after the manuscript has been accepted for publication.

Waiver Policy

IJFPT provides an APC waiver for international collaborative manuscripts, defined as submissions that include at least one author affiliated with a non-Indonesian institution.
Additional waiver requests may be considered by the Editorial Board under special circumstances.

Payment Information

Payment instructions will be provided to the corresponding author after the manuscript has been formally accepted.
